Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scott Aspen Safety website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this site, placing an order, or submitting a purchase order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ordering & Acceptance

Scott Aspen Safety reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order (including those already paid) at our discretion. We may limit quantities or require additional verification. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Duties, taxes, and customs charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Scott Aspen Safety is not liable for delays, loss, or damage arising from third-party delivery services. Address changes must be made prior to processing; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Change of Mind: Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and in resellable condition.
  • Safety & Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, certain items (including but not limited to respiratory protection, earplugs, and fall arrest equipment with broken seals) are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled after processing but prior to dispatch may incur a restocking or administration fee.
  • Special Orders: Custom-made, bulk, or non-stocked "Special Orders" cannot be cancelled or returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranties & Liability

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for misuse of products outside of manufacturer instructions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
